Keep up your fitness regime or discover a new sport while you're away. Take advantage of the cardio training and weights room to tone up and raise your heart rate. Take a group bums and tums or step class. Your G.O®s lead a range of activities, so you can choose the best form of exercise for you.

Initiation group lessons

This gentle relaxation method combines the physical and the spiritual to reconcile your body and mind. Come to the mat to flow through poses and practice breathing techniques. On the beach, relax and refocus as sun salutations set the tone for a day characterised by wellness.
